Website Development & Design Projects:

  • Due to the customized nature of website development projects, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
  • However, we understand that revisions are often part of the design process. A specific number of revisions will be clearly outlined in your project proposal.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.

SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads & Other Ongoing Services:

  • We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all our ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
  • If you’re not satisfied with the initial deliverables within the first 7 days, we’ll provide a full refund (minus any setup fees).
  • For ongoing services, cancellations must be made in writing (email) at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

General Terms:

  • All service cancellations before project commencement will receive a full refund.
  • Any project deposits made upfront will be refunded based on the terms outlined in your project proposal.
  • Setup fees associated with specific services may not be refundable.
